At Dark Sky CrossFit we deliver our services one of two ways, first privately, then in group classes.  You are getting the service of coaching, programming, and motivation. Do not confuse our pricing with paying for a gym membership, as you are getting an entirely different product. With your fees you are not paying for access to Dark Sky CrossFit. With your fees you are paying for training.

CrossFit OnRamp – (Pre requisite to joining CrossFit group classes)  The aim of the ON RAMP is to provide new members of the CrossFit community controlled safe exposure to the fundamental movements used in CrossFit. You will work with your personal coach and complete no less than 10 training sessions. This will help prepare you to enter the regular CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movements safely and efficiently. Once you have graduated  the OnRamp training and have passed the required Benchmarks, you are free to join any of the scheduled CrossFit classes.

A one-on-one session with one of our personal trainers will keep you accountable and pushed to do your best job. You can’t hide in a group with only one person. If you need friends or family to push you and make you show up to the box for your appointment, then we can arrange training sessions with another individual.

    Personal & “Buddy” Training – Come work out with a personal trainer, either one-on-one or drag a friend along with you. Whatever works for you and keeps you motivated is achievable at Dark Sky CrossFit. Custom Designed Workout Group – Seriously, your OWN workout group with your OWN friend/family/co-worker. Workouts can be Strength Training, Boot Camp, CrossFit – you get to choose.

Boot Camp – Every fitness facility offers boot camps but none are quite like the unique style of Dark Sky. If you like creative high intensity interval training in a group atmosphere, our bootcamps will keep you challenged and engaged. You don’t have to be in shape to come to bootcamp, but you have to be prepared to get in shape once you get here. This is a separate program from CrossFit. There will be no weighted bar movements or heavy lifting. Boot camp is a great way to get yourself ready to start CrossFit. Of course once you start the Dark Sky boot camp you may not want to do anything else!

Power Lunch – Need a good workout but don’t have a lot of time. The Power Lunch at Dark Sky CrossFit is what you’ve been waiting for. Our experienced trainer can take you on a blazing high intensity journey into Health &Fitness. Classes are from 12:10 to 12:45 Monday thru Friday. This program has no weighted bar work or heavy lifting.

CrossFit – Varied but not random functional movements done at high intensity. The group CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the website . The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.

CrossFit Kids  A method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives


All scheduled classes require pre-registration. At Dark Sky, we want to provide you with the highest quality of training as possible and this can only be done in a regulated, small class setting.
