Warm-up

With a partner

5 over/under (1 partner on hands &knee other jump over them, then they create a bridge, crawl under them)

20 wallball toss over the bar

2 Wheelbarrow walks each (partner holds legs while other walks across the floor)

400 m run with 1 med ball

Clean + Front Squat + Jerk (EMOM for 10 minutes )

Squat cleans*
