2 power snatch + 2 OHS

% for Loads 60,65,70,75,75

Immediatley followed by Snatch Pulls @ 101%

Every :30 seconds for 3 minutes

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM for 12 minutes

Station 1: 10 pushups + 10 airsquats

Station 2: 10 pullups + 5 t2b

Station 3: max clean and jerks @ 75% 1-rm (score)
