(Can be, but does not need to be touch and go. Reset and go quickly again)

Immediatly followed by…

Clean Pulls x 5 reps @ 85%

5 reps @ 90%

Metcon (Time)

120 hand release push ups

12 air squats top of every minute

(Start your push ups, at 1 minute beep, do 12 air squats, then continue with pushups….)
