65% x 3 reps

70% x 3 reps / 2 sets

75% x 3 reps / 2 sets

(Does not have to be touch and go)

9 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

9 Pull-Ups

9 Thrusters (95/65lb)

9 Toes-to-Bar

If you have a weight vest wear it.
