With a running clock, every minute on the minute preform 1 lift starting at 65lb/45lbs. increasing by 10lbs every minute until you hit your max.

Snatch until you can’t snatch the weight.

Then clean until you cant clean the weight.

Then finish with deadlifts


Minute 1. 45lb Snatch

Minute 2. 55lb Snatch

Minute 3. 65 Snatch, Fail.

Minute 4. 75lb Clean

etc etc.

Record weights separately below.

If you finish early, finish with a 1000m cooldown row.
