(Increase weight with each lift if it was successful and feels right)

Hang Snatch (Every 1:30 for 9 minutes (6 lifts) )

1 rep @ 75-90%

(Increaseing weight with each successful lift)

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds

10 pullups

15 wallballs 20/14

(200m run, weather dependant)
