Set 1- 5 reps @ 70%

Set 2- 3 reps @ 80%

Set 3- 1 rep @ 85-90%

Set 4- 10 reps @ 73%

Set 5- 10 reps @ 73%

DT (Time)

5 Rounds for time:

12 Deadlifts, 155# / 105#

9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# / 105#

6 Push Jerks, 155# / 105#
