Dark Sky CrossFit – CrossFit

Bench Press (Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes )

3 sets x 3 reps

Work up to a weight to hit all sets at

Back Squat (Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes )

4 sets x 3 reps

Build up to 80% of you 1RM and hit all sets at that weight.

Air Force (Time)

For Time:

20 Thrusters 95/65

20 SDHP

20Push Jerks

20 OH Squats

20 Front Squats

At the top of every minute you must complete 4 burpees.
