Snatch Balance (12 minutes )

This is not about weight, but getting under the bar, and being quick into the bottom position of the snatch.

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 rounds for max reps

Against a 3:00 running clock complete:

500/400m row

Max push ups (rd1) / air squats (rd2) / pullups (rd3)

-rest 2:00 minutes

Repeat 2 more times
