Increase weight working up to today’s heavy double

Metcon (Time)

2 rounds for time

20 cal row

10 manmakers 35/20 (45/30)

15 pullups

20 alternating single leg squats (a.k.a pistols)

(Every movement can be modified to your abilities!)
