Every 2:30 for 5 Sets

7 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Presses. (7 Each arm)

Increase weight each set

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Minute AMRAP

3, 6, 9, 12, 15 etc etc

Push Ups

Toe to Bar

Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 50lbs/35lbs (RX+ 70lbs/50lbs)

Finishing the round of 3, 6, 9 and 12 would be 4 rounds.
