Take 12 Minutes and work up to todays heavy Split Jerk
6 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 50lbs/35lbs (RX+ 70lbs/50lbs)
8 Leg raises (Rx+ T2B)
Dumbbell Snatches should be fairly heavy. If you don’t need to use your legs, it isn’t heavy enough. They do NOT need to be squat snatches.
