Every 2 Minutes for 12 Minutes

1 Snatch Pull + Snatch.

Start at 60% of your 1RM and increase weight each set.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every Minute On The Minute For 24 Minutes

Minute 1. 15 Kettlebell Swings (As heavy as you can)

Minute 2. 7 Push ups + 7 Toe to Bar (Scale to 5 and 5)

Minute 3. 10 Calorie Airdyne

Minute 4. 20 Mountain Climbers

Stay steady, everyone can do this entire workout. Scale it appropriately but not too easy.
