DU’s / hanstand walk, holds/ butterfly pu ect….

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds

10 reverse lunges 95/65 (135/95)

15 wallballs 20/14 (30/20)

20 Cal bike

-rest 3:00 minutes-

4 rounds

10 Burpees

8 thrusters 95/65 (135/105)

20 DU’s + 8 T2B
