Back Squat

Every 2:30 for 5 Sets

3 Backsquats starting at 65%, increase load each set

Metcon (Weight)

Every 3 Minutes for 5 Sets (15 Minutes)

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Squat Cleans

6 Push Jerks

Set must be unbroken, so start with a load you can comfortably do, increase weight each set.

*Same rep scheme as DT*

Record heaviest weight for unbroken set
