In 15 Minutes build up to today’s heavy triple (3 Reps)

For Time:

60 Wall-Balls 20lbs/14lbs

50 Calorie Row

40 Handstand Pushups (RX+ Deficit)

30 Box Jump Overs 24”/20”

25 Pull-Ups (RX+ 10 Muscle Ups)
