30 Second Accumulative L-Sit Hold

Minute 2. 3 Roll to Candle Stick

Minute 3. 3 Skin the Cats

Minute 4. 30 Second Cobra Hold


Spend 10 Minutes working up to a moderate-heavy Squat Clean

Focus on straight back and driving through the floor.

First pull, focus on hips and shoulders rising at the same time and getting your knees back and out of the way.
