EMOTM For 18 Minutes

Minute 1. 10 Overhead Squats 95lbs/65lbs (RX+ 135lbs/95lbs)

Minute 2. 12 Pull-ups (RX+ 10 C2B)

Minute 3. 15 Sit-Ups (RX+ 12 GHD)

Do your best to keep up. Decrease the reps before the weight if you don’t have enough time to finish the movements in the minute.
