Parter A Rows, trying to get as close to 100m as possible. MUST NOT be rowing past 80m.

For every Meter you are above or below, you must complete 1 Burpee box Jump before tagging your partner.

Parter WOD. Partition reps any way you want.

75 Deadlifts 155lbs/105lbs (RX+ 225/155lb)

75 Hand Stand Push Ups (RX+ Deficit)

150 Double Unders

75 Toe To Bar

75 Calorie Row

150 Double Unders

75 Hang Cleans 105lbs/75lbs (RX+ 135lbs/95lbs)

75 Push Up’s

If you cannot do HSPU, scale with Burpees.
