12 Thrusters 115lbs/85lbs (RX+ 135lbs/95lbs)

6 Thrusters 135lbs/95lbs (RX+ 155lbs/105lbs)

3 Thrusters 155lbs/105lbs (RX+ 175lbs/115lbs)

This is a fast workout!

Goal is unbroken on every set
