Power Snatch

Spend 15-20 Minutes working up to a heavy double Power Snatch.

Metcon (8 Rounds for reps)

8 Rounds:

30 seconds of Burpees (Jumping to a 6′ target. Example. A tall bar or rings.)

Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds of 45lb/30lb dumbbell thrusters

Rest 30 seconds

Crossfit Main site workout.
