Spend 15 Minutes working up to a heavy double.

6 Minute AMRAP

Max weight backsquated.

Partners pick their load as a team, weight stays the same for the entire 6 minutes.

It can be light, or heavy, doesn’t matter. Going total accumulative weight.

Alternating reps as you see fit as a team.

i.e 20 reps @ 200lbs = 4000lbs

35 reps @ 135lbs = 4750lbs.

After your 3 Minute Rest

8 Minute AMRAP

Alternating Rounds of

8 Toe to Bar (Scaled Leg raises. Feet must go above parallel)

6 Burpees
