Dark Sky CrossFit – CrossFit Competitor

3 Position Clean (Every 3 minutes for 24 minutes )

(high hang, mid-thigh, 2″ below the knee)
Focus on speed and good form, not weight! Only add weight if all 3 positions were successful.
