Every Minute On The Minute for 12 Minutes

Minute 1. 2-3 Muscle Ups. Scale with a box and low rings.

If you are good at muscle ups, work on strict.

Minute 2. 8 Line Sprints

Minute 3.10 Pistols

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

100 Wallballs (20lbs/14lbs)

60 Pull-Ups

You may break from the wallballs at anytime, but once you start your pull-ups you have to finish them before going back to your wallballs.
