If you are good at muscle ups, work on strict.
Minute 2. 8 Line Sprints
Minute 3.10 Pistols
100 Wallballs (20lbs/14lbs)
You may break from the wallballs at anytime, but once you start your pull-ups you have to finish them before going back to your wallballs.
