Accumulate 3 Minutes of Handstand hold against the wall or free standing.

Spend 5-10 Minutes working on Muscle ups.

Scaled with the box. If you have muscle ups, work on strict muscle ups.

Max Distance Standing Broad Jump.

Feet must land stable. Falling forwards or backwards will not count.
