Take 10 minutes to work up to your 80% / 85% Max.

Snatch

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes.

1 Snatch @ 80% / 85%

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

50 Dumbbell Snatches

45lbs/25lbs (RX+ 75lbs/45lbs)

Every minute starting at 0, do 8/5 Pushups.

If RX weight is too light, but RX+ is too heavy, don’t be afraid to go in the middle.
