EMOM for 12 minutes:

Min 1 – muscle ups

Min 2 – :30 sec hollow body hold

Min 3 – :30 sec superman hold

Min 4 – 10 pistols

Back Squat (3 sets x 20 reps (unbroken) )

Increase weight with each successful set
