15 minutes to build to a heavy 2- rep max

Metcon (Time)

For time:
20 Sumo deadlift high pull (95/65)

20 pull-ups

20 shoulder to overhead (95/65)

20 box jump overs

20 OH squats (95/65)

*start with 4 burpees, and at the top of every minute, complete 4 burpees*
