Back Squat+FrontSquat+Front Rack Reverse Lunge

Every 2 minutes For 24 Minutes ( 4 sets each)

Minutes 1-2, 7-8, 13-14, 19-20, 8x Back Squat @ Body weight/ 3/4 Body Weight

Minutes 3-4,9-10,15-16, 21-22, 8x Front Squat @ Body Weight 3/4 Body Weight

Minutes 5-6, 11-12, 17-18, 23-24 16x Front Rack Reverse Lunge from floor. 135/95lb.

If Body Weight or 3/4 is too easy bump it up a bit.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

6 Burpees

30 Double-Unders
