Back Squat x 1 rep

Back Squat

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):

Back Squat x 3 reps @ 85% of today’s heavy single

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes (5 Rounds):

Minute 1: 8 Pull-Ups + 4 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs) RX+ (Chest to Bar + 315/215DL)

Minute 2: 10 Kettlebell Thrusters 35’s/26’s RX+(53’s/35’s)

Minute 3: 15/10 Calories of Assault Bike
