20 KB walking lunges (35/53)

30 DU’s

Weightlifting

Build up to the weight you want to use for all 10 sets

Push Press (EMOM for 10 (3 reps) )

Rest 3:00 minutes

Then build to a weight to use for all 5 sets for the Barbell row

Barbell Row (EMOM for 5 (5 reps) )
