Back Squat

Take 20 Minutes to build up to todays 1 RM Back Squat

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Against a 3 minute running clock, complete:

400 Meter Run

Wall Ball Shots x Max reps

Rest 3 minutes

Repeat for a total of three sets

RX 20/14lb (RX+ 30/20lb)
