After the 5 sets rest 3 minutes.

Then….

1 Snatch @80% 1 RM

After the 5 sets rest 3 Minutes

Then…

Snatch

Every 2 Minutes for 10 Minutes (5 sets)

1 Snatch @ 90% 1 RM

Metcon (Time)

Three rounds for time of:

10 Pull-Ups (RX+ 5 Muscle ups)

20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

RX+ 30/20lb
