30 Seconds max reps @ 65-70% 1RM Snatch

rest 1 Minute.

Use same weight for all sets. Try to stay consistent each set.

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes(4 sets)

Row 250/200 Meters

10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
