Front Squat

As many reps a possible in 10 minutes of:

Front Squat @ 75% 1 RM

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

Every 6 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets):

Run 400 Meters

12 Overhead Squats 95/65lbs

RX+(135/95 lbs)

12 Pull Ups

RX+(Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups)

12 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

RX+(8 Burpee Box Jump Over 24/20)
