Back Squat

Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes (8 Sets)

Back Squat

*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65%

*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%

*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 85%

*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90%

*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%

*Set 6 – 2 reps @ 90%

*Set 7 – 1 reps @95%

*Set 8 – 4 reps @90+%

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets):

Run 400 Meters

5 Thrusters (115/75 lbs) RX+135/95lbs

10 Box Jump Overs 24/20
