Every 2 Minutes for 14 Minutes (7 sets)

Alternating Front Rack Revese Lunge

Set 1 – 10 Reps

Set 2 – 10 Reps

Set 3 – 8 Reps

Set 4 – 8 Reps

Set 5 – 6 Reps

Set 6 – 6 Reps

Set 7 – 4 Reps

Increase Load each Set

Metcon (Time)

Three rounds for time of:

30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

RX+ (30/20lb)

20 Burpees

10 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

RX+ (Burpee Box Jump Overs)
