Every 2 Minutes for 12 Minutes (6 sets)

Bench Press

*Set 1 – 8 reps @ 65%

*Set 2 – 6 reps @ 75%

*Set 3 – 4 reps @ 85%

*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90%

*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%

*Set 6 – 5 reps @ Heavy as Possible

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

EMOM for 15 Minutes (5 sets)

Min 1 Row 150/200M

Min 2 Max Rep Line Sprint

Min 3 10 Shoulder to Overhead (Heavy as Possible)

Row=4 Reps

note weight used for Overheads.
