Dark Sky CrossFit – CrossFit

Drop Snatch + 2 OverHead Squats

Every 2 minutes for 12 Minutes

(Six sets of:)

Drop Snatch + 2 OH Squats

Build over the course of the six sets to something heavy for today

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 Calories of Assault Bike or Rowing

10 Dumbbell/KB Push Press (Heavy)

As soon as the Assault Bike/Concept 2 is available, the next teammate jumps on and starts his/her 20 cals
