Push Press x 5 reps

Build load to todays heaviest unbroken set

Metcon (Time)

Four rounds for time of:

Run 300 Meters

10 Handstand Push-Ups or L-Seated Dumbbell Press

RX+(Strict HSPU)

10 Pull-Ups (RX+Chest to Bar)
