Every 2 minutes For 24 Minutes ( 4 sets)

Minutes 1-2, 7-8, 13-14, 19-20, 5x Back Squat @ Body weight/ 3/4 Body Weight

Minutes 3-4,9-10,15-16, 21-22, 5x Front Squat @ Body Weight 3/4 Body Weight

Minutes 5-6, 11-12, 17-18, 23-24 10x Front Rack Reverse Lunge from floor. 135/95lb.

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

EMOM 6 Minutes

6 Thrusters 95/65lbs

6 Over the Bar Burpees
