Deadlift

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:

*Set 1 – 8 reps @ 55%

*Set 2 – 8 reps @ 60%

*Set 3 – 6 reps @ 70%

*Set 4 – 6 reps @ 75%

*Set 5 – 4 reps @ 85%

*Set 6 – 4 reps @ 85%

Metcon (No Measure)

Complete rounds of 30, 20 and 10 reps for time of:

Kettlebell Swings 53/35lb RX+(70/53lb)

Shoulder to Overhead 95/55lb

RX+(115/75 lbs)

Pull-Ups
