Take 15-20 minutes to build to today’s 3-RM Back Squat

Back Squat

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

Back Squats @ 80% of today’s 3-RM

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans 135/95lb

RX+(185/125 lbs)

6 Box Jumps 24/20 RX+(30/24)

9 Push-Ups
