Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets) of:

Snatch x 1.1.1

(rest 7-10 seconds between singles

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

40 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lb)

RX+(70/53lb)

30 Push Press (65/45 lbs) RX+(95/65lbs)

20 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
