Front Squat + Jerk

Take 15-20 minutes to build to today’s heavy Front Squat + Jerk

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Against a 2-minute running clock, complete:

Row 300/250 Meters

Push Press x max reps 115/75lbs (RX+ 135/95lbs)

Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of four sets.
