Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of two complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:

50 Wall Ball Shots (20lb/14lb)

40 Kettlebell Swings (53lb/35lb)

30 Burpees

20 Pull-Ups

400 Meter Row or Airdyne

One person works at a time. Complete the list in order.
