Take 15-20 minutes to build to today’s 3-RM Back Squat

Back Squat

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

Back Squats @ 80% of today’s 3-RM

Metcon (Time)

Three rounds for time of:

15 Deadlifts 135/95lbs

RX+(155/105 lbs)

12 Hang Power Cleans

9 Front Squats

6 Jerks
