Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In teams of three, complete as many reps as possible of the following circuit in 20 minutes:
250/200 Meter Row/Airdyne
Box Jump Overs
Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 25lb/45lb
Each team member will start on a different station and may not rotate to the next station until their rowing teammate completes the 250/200m.
