Minute 1 – 6 Burpees + 6 pull ups (RX+Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups)

Minute 2 – 8 Push Press 95lb/65lb (RX+135lb/95lbs) – taken from ground

Minute 3 – 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
